We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact our support team at contato@purabrillo.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Approved refunds usually take 7-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Final sale items, where clearly marked.
• Gift cards.
• Personalized or custom-made items.
