Where does Purabrillo ship?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are generally processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery times after processing are:
- United States: approximately 10–20 business days
- United Kingdom: approximately 10–20 business days
- Canada: approximately 12–25 business days
- Australia: approximately 12–25 business days
- New Zealand: approximately 12–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs clearance, carrier delays, holidays, weather, peak seasons, or circumstances outside our control.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer Free Shipping on orders over $79.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product received is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to an error on our part.
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you would like another size, color, or style, please return your eligible item and place a new order.
Can sale items be returned?
Sale and Final Sale items are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
How long does a refund take?
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 5 business days.
