1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date of the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

- Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging;
- Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of wear.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
2. Refund Approval
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

- A description of the issue;
- Clear photos showing the product and any damage.
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item;
- Store credit;
- A refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Products showing signs of use or wear;
- Items returned without original packaging or tags;
- Gift cards;
- Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable;
- Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
7. Promotional Orders
For promotional offers such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free or Buy 1 Get More:
- All items included in the promotion must be returned together for a full refund;
- Partial refunds are not available if promotional items are retained;
- Refunds apply only to the amount paid for the order.
8. Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size or color, subject to product availability.

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return procedure described in this policy.
