30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags attached and in their original packaging.

How To Start A Return

Email contato@purabrillo.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually take 7-10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or missing tags.
• Final sale items, when clearly marked.
• Gift cards.
• Personalized or custom-made items.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by an error on our side or a confirmed defective item.
