Free Shipping
At Purabrillo, we offer free shipping on all orders over $79 USD.
For orders below $79 USD, shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Our products are shipped directly from our international fulfillment partners to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
Payment verification may take between 1–3 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.
Once payment has been confirmed, your order will enter our fulfillment and logistics process.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Most orders are delivered within 5–15 business days after shipment.
During periods of high demand, holidays, customs inspections, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen carrier delays, delivery may take longer than estimated.

Address Accuracy

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned by the carrier, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Purabrillo is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

If the package is returned to the sender, additional shipping fees may be required before the order can be shipped again.
